Running running running
14th Oct 2008 ·Ok I have upped my running to 10K sessions each run, and other than the time involved (it's getting shorter though, kncocked 4 minutes of it the second time) so far so good.
Legs a bit sore just after the run but by the morning I'm fine.
Also sleeping like a log (and bad nightmares) but you can't win them all I suppose.
