Dynamically Updating

Have had this on my list to do for a while and finally got around to getting the Recently Viewed list to update every 15 seconds with new content.
Not really of much use but using javascript, php and database access it now gets the new list and shows it in the menu on the left.
When I get around to it I might make it a bit more 'showy' with an update bar at the top of the page in the header to show what has/is being clicked on.
As you can probably guess I need this for another project to got it working here first. :)
